My biblical worldview is paramount to my ability to be a godly example. The Bible is the lens I see the world through. So, as such, It is what I attempt to model in my classroom. When I fall short, I try and model repentance. I had a student comment 2 years ago that he had never seen an adult openly admit a mistake and ask for forgiveness.

There are so many ways to do this as an educator. Integrating Biblical principles into my curriculum design is just the first step. Modeling Christian behavior, mentoring when needed, and creating a classroom culture that reflects Christian values. These are all ways to utilize biblical worldview as the foundation for my teaching approach.

I often call on the Holy Spirit to guide my words and actions. It has become easier and easier to bring scripture into the learning process for my students.

My Biblical Worldview helps me be a positive influence for my students and making sure that they only know what is true which comes from The Word of God.

My Biblical worldview constantly challenges me to see students for more than my preconceived notions of them and as the sum of their choices and responses. It allows me to approach students with grace and humility, and I am able to truly value each child because God made everyone valuable and loves us all.
