My understanding of the roots of the educational system in the US influence my view of education because I have taught in both public school and private school. I realize now teaching in private school how blessed I am. We get to sing worship music everyday and talk about the Lord openly.

Understanding the roots of the educational system in the US helps me see how far we are in advancement but at the same time how farther we are from then truth of God and how important it is to bridge biblical foundation to modern techniques of teaching.

Understanding the roots of the educational system in the US influences my view of education because it’s important to know how people have learned for many generations. While the education systems is always implementing new learning strategies, it’s important to go back and see what methods worked in the past and how we can improve it for the new generations. Since I work in a private Christian school, my school gives us freedom to teach using various methods, but most of all, the administration always encourage us to use biblical integration in our lessons. Which is a wonderful opportunity to share the Word of God.

Understanding the roots of the educational system in the US influence my view of education greatly. It helps me to have a greater appreciation for the education I received. I realize that the education system has changed over the years. In turn our views will probably change as well. Hopefully that will help us to grow and learn more as educators and we have a good influence on the students past, present, and to come.

Understanding the root of the educational system is important to understand the foundations of the practice, how far it has come, and why it is the way it is now. It helps give better knowledge as to why we teach the way we do now and how to better incorporate Biblical values when society is veering away from it.
