Yes Romans Road is very structed and simpler way of sharing the Gospel. It is very helpful and effective as it is based on solid facts and foundations of the Christian life and salvation concepts.

I have never heard of his method before and I love it because it is biblically based and shows the steps to salvation using scriptures. Initially stating that we have all sinned this method sets the stage for an open dialogue with a nonbeliever

How is “The Romans Road” a simple approach to sharing the Gospel? Is it simpler than others you have seen?

I think the “Romans Road” approach to sharing the Gospel is extremely useful. I think that the “Romans Road” approach provides us an outline of all that we should be sharing when we are trying to share the Gospel (almost like a checklist to make sure nothing is left out) as well as an excellent starting point for incorporating scripture. Furthering the point that “Romans Road” is a useful tool, the Gospel message being shared can be more catered to the individual by cross referencing the verses provided in the outline to find more specific verses that make the same point, but are in the context of, or in relation to, something more relatable to the person being shared with.

I think the “Romans Road” approach is so useful because, in the past, the only tools I really felt I had for sharing the Gospel were 1) sharing a book that was really influential to me, 2) trying to persuade people through the use of apologetic arguments, and/or 3) sharing my testimony. While all of those are useful, using “Romans Road” appears to me to be really useful in that you let the Bible make the points of the Gospel, and if people are interested, you can dwell deeper into any of points made in “Romans Road” with either other passages of the Bible, or supplemental tools, like our testimony, logical arguments, etc..

It’s easy to remember, it explains the Gospel, and its a great place to start for verse memorization. I like the Romans road, however I believe there are easier ways to share the Gospel to a group of non-believers.
