How is “The Romans Road” a simple approach to sharing the Gospel? Is it simpler than others you have seen?

I think it’s a very simple approach, but one must fully understand it and we must know the scripture addresses to be able to point the person we’re discipling to God’s Word to back up our claims.

This is the basic approach and similar to The Four used by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Both ensure that you hit the main point, yet jeeps it simple for your audience.

This approach does a great job of expressing God’s Love for us, our sin and separation from God, Jesus’ sacrifice and gift of salvation, and then a call to action. It is also a fast and simple way to share the gospel.

Love the analogy of every road leads to Rome. I think that alone catches people off guard and they are open to listening bc most everyone has heard this phrase before and are curious.
