How is “The Romans Road” a simple approach to sharing the Gospel? Is it simpler than others you have seen?

Deleted User03/17/2024 at 23:01The Roman’s Road is very similar to the 4 Spiritual Laws that I learned years ago. However I haven’t put it into the practice in years. Both approaches are about the same. I’d probably lean more toward the 4 spiritual laws since I learned and actually taught it prior. Both are valuable and easy to remember so should be easy to implement. I just have to own it as part of my Christian walk rather than me just planting seeds. God give me grace to be obedient when you open doors, amen.

Deleted User03/14/2024 at 12:48It is really simple because it is short, clear, and Scripture-based. It is about the same (4 points) as others that I have seen, such as The FOUR (what we use at FCA), the four points that author Greg Gilbert lays out in his book, “What Is The Gospel?” (God/Man/Christ/Response), and the (Creation/Fall/Redemption/Restoration) method that my church uses. What I do like about the Romans Road, however, is that it is using verses for each point (Romans 3:23, 6:23, 10:9, & 5:1).

Deleted User03/12/2024 at 12:43I have seen multiple ways to share the Gospel. The Romans Road is pretty simple, but I have seen “The Four” used by FCA to be as simple, if not more so.
