When you infuse biblical integration it is all combined and can’t be separated.

God’s word should be a part of everything we do. It’s not just something we mention here or there. It should guide all of our actions and thoughts. The same goes for integrating the bible in our lessons. We don’t just mention a verse and then teach a lesson. The Word is a part of the lesson. It guides our thoughts and discussions and helps us relate the content to our everyday lives.

This means immersing everything we teach in God’s Word. I imagine it as a piece of bread dropped in tea—it absorbs the tea completely, and over time, it becomes so saturated that the bread is deeply infused and cannot be separated from the tea. Similarly, our teaching should be so thoroughly integrated with God’s Word that it’s impossible to think about the subject without thinking about Him.

Infuse in this context gives a mental picture of swarming the class or topic you are teaching with God’s word. Here, the word of God can’t be separated from the educator’s class. The content of the lessons are taught from a biblical perspective.

The word of God has to be infused into our curriculum and our lessons.
