When our curriculum has biblical topics as a part of our discussion as we teach students, we see that the biblically integrated concepts are just as apart of the lesson as well as the content we are teaching. Both of these areas are vital and necessary parts of the lesson.

Is not enough to pray at the beginning of each lesson or to pull a Bible verse, we need to center our lesson on the knowledge of the word of God. The Bible can not be separated from instruction, actually, it should go first, and must be the foundation.

Infuse means that our biblical integration should come from the Bible being a part of all that we are doing and the foundation not something tacked on at the end of a lesson plan.

Infuse is a word that means “to fill; pervade.” To infuse your teaching with Biblical truths and God, means that He is in everything; He cannot be separated out.

Biblical integration needs to be so infused in our lives and our teaching that it cannot be separated from us or our lessons. We cannot just add a Bible verse here and there. We need to show it in our excitement in our lessons. We serve and awesome God and everything we have comes from Him, so our students need to know this and feel it.
