How is the word “infuse” related to biblical integration?

The Gospel and pedagogy should be infused and become one. Those two should never separate.

To infuse means to fill, to pervade, to soak into, to flow into. When God’s Word is infused into our lessons, it can’t be separated and God’s truths and promises stand out and are clear.

The Bible should be so integrated, or infused, into our curriculum that it could not easily be extracted.

In Christian education we must strive to infuse, rather than integrate, God’s word so that the very foundation of our curriculum is built to support all curricular decisions and application of the content knowledge.

It is related to biblical integration because it means it needs to be inseparable. It needs to be all blended in to one.
