I use traditional, process mastery and constructivism. I think what works well for me is mastery, for I do a lot of hands-on, so they need to master some skills in drawing, painting, etc.

I am more traditional in my approach, which seems to provide high structure and help me manage classroom activities/behaviors. I could improve by letting go of control a bit and providing more choices and activities.

I use a mix of all of them. I generally follow the textbook/standards, and may focus on some things more than others, and also like to involve shorter projects where students have a range of options.

My overall teaching approach is a mix of traditional and process mastery. But, I do love a hands-on approach whenever possible, which is my nod to the constructivist theory. Although I guide students through the subject matter, I value the moments they discover and connect things for themselves. Students are more invested and interested in learning when they are challenged to find information and apply it practically. As a teacher, I am using the curriculum to guide the direction of my teaching, but I find supplemental ways such as hands-on projects and stations for students to process that information.

My approach to teaching would be a combination of the three. Sharing the information in a traditional sense, following or being guided by the state standards, and allowing for active, hands-on learning are all part of my daily routine.
