.,Jesus is/was a wonderful teacher, this is true. I think L share how he was also mere I would talk about how he influenced peoples lives through miracles. Further, all of his teachings were rooted in his position as the son of God and this is what makes them so profound.

I would talk about all the miracles He performed when He was on the earth, the promises that have become true in His believers, and the fact that none of these would have been possible if he were not the Son of God.

My response would be that if in fact Jesus was a wonderful teacher but His teachings are interpretted as untrue or lies, then He perhaps was not a wonderful teacher. On the other hand, because Jesus was a great teacher and He did teach the truth, the He must be who He claimed to be and that the scriptures are in fact the infallible Word of God.

Jesus claimed to be God. He did so on my occasions and stated he was the fulfillment of the prophecies. If Jesus was just a good teacher he would also be someone who was insane and out of his mind. Jesus has to be more than a good teacher. The only way he is not crazy is if he is who he says he is which is God.

Jesus’ teachings are actually false if He is not the Son of God. The content of His teachings are not true if He is not who He says He is. This would negate his qualifications of a “good teacher.”
