One way is to lean into conversations about difficult topics when they come up, help students think about them critically, discuss them and search the Bible for what God has to say about these struggles and topics.

Open communications – asking hard questions and having safe and honest discussions, and turning to God’s word with them is essential. Incorporating these discussions with intention is important.

I think that being grounded in God’s word and being involved with other Christians that can encourage and help build each other up is very important. Also, having a mentor to help guide you through difficult decisions and situations is also very helpful in facing struggles.

I think sharing with students how God is working in my life is one way to help them face the struggles that they will experiences. In addition, teaching them questioning skills and logic that help them respond to people who will attack their faith can give them confidence in dealing with those difficult conversations.

Nother thing. Someone broke into my car early morning when it was still dark while I was at work. My son was working for the newspaper. He chases after them. I came out of the college and saw my son and the car and the police my son had called. My son knew who the guy was, and the police arrested those guys.
After this situation. My husband always tells me to be aware of my surroundings. He is so right.
