Deleted User10/08/2021 at 11:58We can talk about things going on in our communities and our world. We can see what the scriptures say about it and how we should handle it. We can get reassurances from the Word of God and not be afraid of those things that lie ahead of us.

It is so easy to have students look up Bible verse on a device like an iPad, but actually spending time in a physical Bible, studying scripture, spending time memorizing and applying scripture will help to prepare students for whatever life brings them.

Deleted User09/03/2021 at 23:38I share personal stories with my students and I will continue doing so. I will also keep them aware of the attacks on Christian philosophy and prepare them with biblical quotes and prepare them for the what is coming.

Deleted User09/02/2021 at 01:08As we life in the world but not of the world, we face many struggles. I start by identifying with my students as they share their struggles, affirming their issues. From a practical perspective, I will offer nuggets of truth, but I’ll also listen and direct students back to wrestling things through with God – walking their own sanctification journey. I also model prayer.
