Identify one or two practices you could implement to further nurture your students.

I wish I had better resources to nurture a couple of my students, who are often the most disruptive, but I know these students can’t help themselves due to learning challenges. I see the parents struggling as well as the students, but we are not allowed to mention such things as perhaps the student should be tested, determine the disorder, and a prescriptive intervention would help them so much.

2) Praying more for their parents -
Teach the word of God more, and make sure my time with my students will be a quality interactive moment. Pray more for students with learning disabilities and apply new interventions to their learning.

I will like to put up a simple survey at the end of each day to allow everyone to express themselves on what they have done well and where they need to improve as well as where they still need help with.
