I can nurture my students further by becoming a role model not just in the classroom, but in my daily life. Practicing what I preach is important to show students that I am not telling them what is right for that sake, but I also practice it in my life.

Spend more time outside the classroom getting to know them.
Adding nurture time to the beginning and end of course time. -
Something that I can do for the upcoming school year it to have a lunch bunch once a month and invite five students to come and have lunch. I could be more intentional about telling them that they can come talk to me about anything that they might need help with or that is bothering them.

I would love to institute small group Bible studies and spend my lunch hour with my students more often next year.

I can continue to help my students know they are valued, safe, and loved. I can continue to come alongside of them and show by example what it looks like to depend on the Lord and how He can help us in all circumstances.
