Have a positive outgoing experience at the end of each day. Encourage them to nurture each other.

I think spending more time with them will help nurture our students. The idea of eating lunch with them on occasion or making snack time a picnic would be a good practice.

I am going to spend more time in the lounge with the students at break time or go outside with them.

Allowing time before and at the end of course to mingle and connect with the students and not go bell to bell. I need to let them talk about the lesson and to ask me questions “off the record.”
