One practice that continues to stand true is to create an environment where students feel welcomed, which enables them to take risks in their learning experiences.

1. Remind them that they all have gifts and talents. We can’t always tell what it is yet, but it’s important.
2. Remind them that they have a purpose and reason for existence. We are not random chances. -
One practice you can implement to nurture your students is by providing a friendly and godly environment in the classroom, also by encouraging new skills.

I could eat lunch with them some of the time.

One way I feel I could help students in nurturing them is by doing more group work. I believe this could help them learn how to nurture one another and care for one another when one is struggling through content and assisting them.
