I could implement mindfulness activities and provide regular positive feedback to further nurture my students.

I could be more available to students before class, in passing periods, and after school, just as an available presence, and to offer encouraging words.

I think too often the tendency is to give a demerit if one is warranted. I have adopted to be sure to notify parents and school administrators when a child is performing well not always academically, but perhaps they went out of their way to model Christian character and conduct in rewarding them, it allows for an occasion for them to be celebrated and nurtured.

My organizational skills definitely need review. It is a great way to look at it as a nurturing act. That will motivate me to do better.
