I show students YouTube videos where a Christian is responding to an attack made against the Christian faith. This exposes the students to both the attack and a possible way to respond.

The biggest thing to help students is to help them know what biblical truth says about life and how we are supposed to live our lives. Creating a firm and rooted foundation in Christ is what will help prepare students for life. Talking them through real life situations and mentoring them through societal and secular worldview situations. PARTNERING with parents to offer students the resources and opportunities to TALK about those situations.

I can teach them how to respond to common attacks and I can teach them what orthodox Christianity is so that they know what attacks to respond to and which ones to ignore.

One way to help prepare students for attacks on their Christian faith is to make them familiar with scripture. When faced with uncertainty to reach for the Word. Another way to help prepare students is to be available to walk through their challenges with them with a supporting biblical world view.

I can help the young students I work with be prepared for attacks on their faith, by praying for them, encouraging them with scripture and being an example of standing firm in faith.
