One thing we did last year was we had one side of the classroom was one view and the other side was another and they had to be detectives to find all the evidence and present it for their side of the story. They had to find biblical evidence as their foundation. They could use science, but the science could not contradict scripture. Any piece of evidence they found also had to be presented with scripture.

I can prepare my students for attacks by helping them to memorize scripture. The more scripture they can memorize, the better they will be prepared to handle the attacks because they will have the armor of God with them.

I can help prepare my students for attacks on their Christian faith by continually taking them back to Scripture and helping them to understand it is our foundation to everything. I teach second graders so we cannot get into a lot of detailed news of the world, but I can give them different Scriptures to hide in their hearts so that when the attacks come they have a foundation from which to begin.

Help them identify different worldviews. Point out how Christianity makes the most sense. Reiterate that we are in the minority.
