I know that when my students go to university in our province that their faith will be under massive and insidious attack. If my students have experience solid Biblical integration, apologetics, and hermeneutics, they will be well armed to defend their faith and not get left sitting there wondering what happened. If they can defend their faith against foolishness like ‘the Bible contradicts itself,’ and, ‘obviously science proved the Bible is a myth,’ and set their accusers straight in a loving, compassionate, and graceful way, it will be good for their faith as well as their listeners.

Additionally, I usually take at least one course period a week to discuss some assertions and questions about the real world challenges my students face. This allows us to ask and answer those questions by asking, “what does the Bible say about this?”
