If God is the basis for morality, why is morality not arbitrary or changing?

I would like to define the term arbitrary. Arbitrary is an adjective that describes something based on random choice or personal whim, rather than any reason or system.
So bearing that in mind, the morality defined by the God of the Bible cannot be arbitrary nor can it change, because it is based on God’s character who neither changes in character nor is He random. He is wisdom and knowledge, knows all and is all-powerful. This is nothing random about what He does, commands, or how He moves and interacts among mankind. -
Simply because God is neither of those things. He doesn’t change, and he is the Creator who knows best what should and should not be done. Nothing from him is arbitrary, nor does his word or law change.

Morality doesn’t change because God does not change. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If you are seeking God in your life your moral’s do not change.

God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He does not change. (See Hebrews 13:8) If He does not change, and if He is good (See Mark 10:18), then his morals are always good and never changing.
