Predominantly in my life, God has spoken to me through others. Confirmation of this has always been found in His Word, where he also speaks to us. Last, God speaks loudly through his creation…a sunset, an ocean, a caterpillar becoming a butterfly.

God speaks to us in verbal, propositional and rational form. I believe that God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit and through scripture and I have observed this to be true.

The first way is through Scripture. The second way is others. The third way is with prayer, fasting, worship. I have observed these to be true.

He speaks to us through His creation and I have seen this to be true in the objective beauty of creation and how it points us to how things were perfect when He originally created us. He speaks through Scripture as the lawgiver and I have seen this to be true in the evidence of who humans are and how we treat one another. He speaks through the Holy Spirit and I have seen this to be true in my life in my own conscience.
