That we have hope in Jesus. We are not condemned if we are in Christ Jesus. Our God is a God of restoration and He will restore us to a right relationship to Him. We will have eternal life ever lasting in Heaven.

I think that meaning and purpose is the most compelling distinctive. I believe all mankind struggled at some point with purpose and the question, ” Why am I here”. I believe that is from God, to call us to himself, and when someone is missing that God-sized hole in their heart, then it is an invitation for Jesus to fill it. A very close second would be the moral right and wrong. To have a moral right and wrong that is bigger then self or a group is very comforting.

A biblical world view is more compelling than any other view because it is the only one that does not have some form of good works out weighing bad works as a way to be justified.

When I think of my non-Christian friends, one distinctive that would be most compelling is having meaning and purpose in life that goes beyond this life to eternity. Sometimes they say “I wish I could be doing something that makes a difference” or “Wow I see joy in what you do, who do you do that?” and they share how they don’t feel they have a purpose. Having the knowledge and belief that we were created to glorify God through our actions of service and love for others and the hope of eternal communion with Him, changes the way we live. When that knowledge or belief is not there, there is nothing to aim for.

Having hope in this world and after. We are know, even if we don’t want to admit it, that we are one day going to die, and if there is hope in life after death, then it makes life here on earth more meaningful. It gives us the understanding that we are part of something bigger than ourselves, and therefore we matter. This provides a purpose beyond ourselves, and therefore, something non-Christians can even grasp hold of, there is something bigger to live for.
