Bible and orgin. Most of my “non Christian” friends are not opposed to the Bible or Jesus for that matter. They are not however living anywhere close to a life for Jesus. They are 100% open to the Bible and Jesus. They just have not allowed that to judge their life.

The Bible and future hope of heaven might be the most appealing because it gives us hope beyond the now and this earth. That hope would prompt interest in Jesus, forgiveness and redemption too.

That they can be forgiven no matter what they have done and that there is the hope and promise of eternal life. There is meaning to life in trusting God and His promises.

It varies for each non-believing friend. It seems to depend on where they are with life, combined with past and current experiences.

To me the most compelling is how one spends eternity. Lay out the facts as written in the Bible. I believe many times, non-Christians have a jaded view of Christian behavior and so a discussion occurs around how nobody is perfect. God made us in his image and He loves us unconditionally. This is hard for non-christians to grasp. Once they see God’s unconditional love and how they can spend eternity with Him, they are more open to listening.
