The most compelling distinctive to my non-Christian friends would be the Bible and the Future. “Everlasting fellowship with God after death is not automatic” is news for some of them. Most think that if you believe there is a God and you live a relatively good life, you’ll go to heaven when you die.

It’s human nature to wonder what happens after we die. I think to my non-Christian friends, the Bible’s answer to this would be the most compelling.

The distinctive that would be most compelling to my non-Christian friends is their future after this life is over. I have some friends that are uncertain about the futures; meanwhile others are convinced that their good moral behavior will earn them eternity in heaven. Lovingly, I explain that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father and salvation cannot be earned, but it is a gift from God.
