    We learn that each book has a historical setting. A cultural setting is crucial to the accurate interpretation of a bible passage. In micro-observation we have to note the specific genre or genres of any passage we study.

    We must always observe a passage grammar.

    In terms of culture, language, and history, we are very far removed from the events that took place in the Bible. Without taking time to understand the world as it was when the Bible was written, we cannot fully understand it, and are at risk of interpreting it incorrectly.

    Yes it does. It helps fill on some of the missing pieces that were not observed in the macro observations.
