In briefly considering Saul and Solomon, what spiritual hazards should we avoid?

Deleted User03/09/2024 at 08:18We should avoid intermingling with people who serve many or other gods. We should not think too highly of ourselves or take for granted the favor and blessing of God on our lives. We should avoid jealousy, grudges, and wastefulness also.

Deleted User03/07/2024 at 11:01Saul cared too much about himself and did not do a good job of pointing his people to God. Solomon let the world influence him instead of using his influence to lead his people closer to God. That being said, we need to make sure we are not too heavily influenced by the world and that we do not become too focused on ourselves. In all that we do, we should be pointing back to Christ.
