In briefly considering Saul and Solomon, what spiritual hazards should we avoid?

In Saul we see the spiritual hazard of jealously of David. And in Solomon we see the spiritual hazard of not always applying the wisdom he had. In our lives we should not be jealous and we need to apply the wisdom we have.

We must not rely on ourselves but God instead, plus we much watch not to become prideful.

Gaurding our hearts so that over time we aren’t led away from God through pride or what this world has to offer.

We should ask the Holy Spirit to infill us so that God’s spirit leads whatever we do and decide. We should be aware and guard our hearts.
