The time the message is being delivered and to whom. In other words what was happening at the time the message was being delivered, why Diego’s decide to send the message? Was the message for the people in Isreal or Judah or both, or for the rulers?

In order to understand the oath well, first, they know and read which group they belong to. Second, know and read the background of what era and to whom the word of God was delivered.

When was the book written: than includes time and historical context. Second, to whom is it written: to which country or nation.
