In response to Dr. Paul Brand’s statement, would you exchange your freedom to choose in order to enjoy freedom from pain?

I would not exchange it but I sure wish there were less pain from

This is a difficult question to answer, as our freedom to choose is also depenedent on the freedom of other people’s choices, whichc is usually the source of our pain. Looking at all the pain i have suffered in this world, i would certainly have considered giving up my freedom of choice to not have experienced all these pain. Like i said a difficult question indeed

I absolutely would not want to exchange the freedom to choose in order to enjoy freedom from pain. Without the pain that I have had in my life, I couldn’t know how great God is to deliver me and continue to care and love me the way He does.

I would not exchange my freedom to choose in order to enjoy freedom from pain. We grow closer to Jesus and understand His grace in hopes that He receives the glory due His name.

I would not exchange my freedom to choose in order to enjoy freedom from pain. Yes, I wish my parents were still alive and that my son was still serving the Lord and that I had never been a victim of abuse, but thru those hurts I have and am helping others that are in the same situation. God has turned some of my worst situations into my greatest ministries. Had I never experienced pain, I would never experienced God’s grace and love like I have.
