In the section “Settlement: Seeing God,” what truth about God impressed you the most? Why?

The truth that struck me today was how similar we are to the people in the old testament. Wanting our own ways and continuing to fall short of God’ standard. Yet God is patient with us like he was with the Israelites.

The truth about God that impressed me the most is that He is with those who move forward with Him. The reason it impressed me is because God is with His people and we need to know that we are never alone. In my life I need to move forward with God and know that He is with me.

The truth about God that impressed me today is that God is a loving and merciful God. We keep on sinning, but He is there to redeem us.

The people of ancient days were very much like us. which is quite true as time doesnt change the innate sinful nature of man.

He is in control of everything, thus trust in the Lord no matter what!
