God gives direction to his people/leaders. It’s a profound truth in light of a control idol.

The truth that impressed me is as much as he’s a “Holy God” he’s also forgiving and merciful and patient . He’ll always find a way to accomplish his perfect will despite dealing with rebellious children.

He gives His people directions. Many times, we think we know all the answers. Yet God has given us everything we need to know through His word. We just need to read it daily and listen to Him speak to us and He will give us direction for our lives.

That God is not just loving and kind; He is also a God of righteousness, justice, and anger. We struggle with this today as American Christian I feel.

In this section, the truth about God that impressed me most is the fact that God is a promise keeper. He can always be depended on no matter the situation or circumstance.
