In the section “Settlement: Seeing God,” what truth about God impressed you the most? Why?

The truth that impressed me the most was that God “has the power to turn formidable obstacles into safe pathways.” When I am confronted with something that seems near impossible, I am reminded that God can create a way for me just as he did the Israelites.

He makes and keeps His promises.
When I reach His Word and see – “If you return to me, I will restore you” (part of Jeremiah 15:19.
If I take action and am obedient in returning to Him. He promises to restore me – and He has. -
He promises to be with those who move forward with Him
God has recently asked me to give up a volunteer work that I loved very much to get more involved in serving Him
I just started a ladies’ Bible study and I’m counting on Him to guide me and be with me -
I think for me , the promise of him being with us as we move forward towards him. It’s comforting that God will be with me on my journey of life

He has the power to interrupt history. This is amazing to me and gives me hope.
