How would you describe the differences between the process of doing macro- and micro-observation?

Macro gives us the big picture of the Bible book while there are more elements to discern within each passage.

Macro-observation gives us a telescopic view of a whole book and micro-observation gives us an in-depth view of an individual Bible passage.
-
Macro-observation = observing the entire Bible book
Micro-observation = observing a specific passage -
The principles are the same. The differences basically lie in the fact that for macro, the entire book is being studied and a specific passage is being studied for micro.

Macro-observation is an overview of a particular book while micro-observation focuses in on the details of individual passages. The differences may seem minor, but they matter.
