How would you describe the differences between the process of doing macro- and micro-observation?

The major difference is that because we focus on a smaller portion of Scripture, we observe it more closely and ask a few different questions of it in our micro-observation study. Macro-observation gives us a telescopic view of a whole book, and micro-observation gives us a microscopic view of an individual Bible passage.

macro is just looking and describing scripture while micro lets us do more meaning and detail getting of of the bibles words of passages in it.
-
Macro Observation looks at the broad details of the entire book to make study easier, while Micro Observation divulges meaning and application.

Macro is the telescopic view and micro is the microscopic view. There may also be a quantum view which is totally dependent upon our personal relational access to the Holy Spirit.
