When I have become discouraged in my faith, I turn to “stones of remembrance” – the promises of God in scripture and memories of how God has been faithful and trustworthy in difficult times.

Things that have helped me sustain faith are prayer, christian counseling, a truthful God loving friend.

When I experienced such challenges, speaking with a pastor, counselor, or trusted mentor offered practical advice and spiritual guidance.
