As a shepherd leader, I need to know my flock. This means coming around individuals that need more guidance and understanding. Also, shepherding means being a good listener. Being active in my abilities of commitment, consistency, and follow through. Finally, helping my flock where I can through prayer and meditation.

The scripture tells us God knows us even the number of hairs on our head. That’s the closeness of God’s love for us. That’s the way he wants us to know each other, to the point that we are concerned about the welfare of each individual that would keep us away from having a relationship with the heavenly Father.
