Miracle – healing the sick.
Parable – Jesus as our shepheard -
He said, “I am the resurrection and the life”, and then he raised Lazarus from the dead. That is communicating truth!!
The person who finds a treasure in a field that is worth all he has goes and sells all he has to buy that field. That communicates the truth that God is worth everything! He is the treasure worth giving up everything for.

A parable I love is about the sheep and Jesus is our shepherd… He leads us and helps us believe. We were once lost but now we are found. I love the miracle of turning water into wine because it is so simple yet so complex. He proves to us that He is there and will help those who believe without seeing firsthand. Reading about these miracles and parables helps me believe even though I never did see Him in action. The word is passed and those who have faith will see His truths.

The first miracle Jesus performed was at a wedding. He turned water into wine.
A popular parable Jesus spoke was named in Matthew, Mark and Luke. The parable of the Sower and the Seed. -
I enjoy the parable of the lost sheep because it shows us how much God loves us. I think it is amazing that Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. It shows that Jesus is a divine being.
