Miracle – at the Bethesda pool, He sought out a man who had been lame for almost 40 years, forgave his sins and healed him. It shows that He has the power of God, that He IS God, because only God could have healed the man instantly.
Parable – the lost sheep, one of 100 that was lost, the shepherd will search for it until found. Jesus wants everyone to believe in Him and He will always seek out those who search for Him earnestly. He will not leave even one behind that has been given to Him…

An Example of a Miracle – Recorded in John 9:1-41 – Jesus heals the man born blind and reveals himself to him as the Son of Man.
An Example of a Parable – Recorded in Matthews 13 – The Parable of the Muster Seed, The Parable of the Weeds, The Parable of the Seed and the Yeast, The Parable of the Net etc. -
Jesus taught the parable of the widow’s mite and the widow searching for her lost coin. Both of these resonant with me because since I have become a widow every penny counts but I always remember that God promised to take care of me as I walk the shadowy vale and He has because He loves me.
Jesus healed physically in order to have an outward sign of an inward miracle which was the forgiveness of sin. I also remind people that He always determined whether or not the person really wanted to be healed because, back then, having a disability and being beggar was a totally acceptable way of making a living. As it is today some people really would rather not work hard to earn money but Jesus knew the heart and the true need. If He heals you are you ready to give Him everything and work for Him? -
Miracles-Water into wine. Happened quickly not as a long process as that which usually results in wine.
Parables-Sower and the Seed

A miracles would be when Jesus healed the man lowered through the roof. A parable would be an example of the good samaritan.
