A Christian life with out the Holy Spirit would fail. They would be walking in their own flesh and following the evil of this earth.

Like the Old Testment states. Every man will live according to his own way. But the way that seems right to man leads to destruction.

It would be every Christian living how they believe they should rather than how God intended them to live and carry out His commission

We would have no idea how to be Christian on our own. We MUST have the guidance of the Holy Spirit in order to survive and thrive as Christians, and to bring the message to other through our lives and experiences.

Without the teaching or instruction on how to live the Christian life, we could live life doing anything is contrary to what God expects of His children and the world wouldn’t see any difference between holy living and worldly living. The message of the gospel would be of no effect on the lives of sinner’s and they would see no need to serve God.
