Deleted User08/03/2021 at 06:13I thought I had a basic understanding of the New Testament but apparently I was wrong in that assumption. I know the story but never realized how these 27 books all fit together and paint a much clearer picture of Jesus.

Eventually, I want to pass on that knowledge and understanding to others. I want to be able to memorize some key scriptures as well as comfortably answer those who don’t yet know Him. I want to be close to Him.

Deleted User07/23/2021 at 21:40The New Testament completes the love story that began in the Old Testament. I am very familiar with the New Testament love story. The New Testament love story provides for us the greatest story ever told. The ultimate love story of Jesus’s birth, death, burial, and resurrection. It is the greatest story ever told because it was not only an unselfish sacrifice but also a demonstration of humility. Out of an act of humility, God took on the form of a human, left a priestly position in heaven, and came down to this sinful world to die on a rugged cross.
The question I would like to propose is, how much do we love our Heavenly Father? John 3:16 say it clearly that God so loved the word, that He gave His only begotten son. That whosoever believeth on Him should no parish but have everlasting life. Even after Jesus died on the cross for our sins, He promised us that if we believe on Him, we would live forever with Him. His love never ends. He loves us so dearly that He has prepared a place for us in heaven. A place of security, peace, joy, and happiness. I am so thankful that His love never fails and it never runs out. Therefore, I have chosen to receive His everlasting love.
