Deleted User02/25/2024 at 14:10I am very familiar with the New Testament but do not view it as a love story. The New Testament is for lovers as well as people who have never experienced love. I love reading the New Testament because every book, in my opinion, is cohesively related. The scriptures are encouraging, and you do not have to search long nor hard to identify with the connectivity of it all, everything just flows into place and every book makes sense together.

Deleted User02/25/2024 at 14:14I still have problems with the complexity of the Old Testament, the prophetic books are too much to pull together all at once, unlike the New Testament where there is lots of rhythm.
