Our school works hard at communication. Whether it’s sending home information about how to help with math, having a family game night, or a college and career readiness faire, we strive to include the parents and help them with questions they may have about their child’s education.
-
We keep our lines of communication open. Teachers try to have multiple points of contact with parents through the week.

By staying in constant communication with them. This helps in every aspect because we know what is going on with each family.

We have early daycare, and we offer many ways for parents to be involved.

We use parents as guest lecturers, in the office as an office assistant, listening to children read, room moms, helping struggling students by tutoring them, field trip planners and chaperones. We also have an open door policy that if they need to talk or are concerned about their child they can schedule a time to come in and talk or have a conversation over the phone. We provide homework help after school as well.
