We are very communicative and we have meetings when necessary involving a handful of us, and the parents, to come up with good solutions. Admin is very supportive. We are having a new technology policy where parents have to attend a training also.

PTF is a great way to foster healthy relationships between parents and teachers. We also have time where parents can meet our head of school for fellowship (coffee/donuts) I believe a church/ school grows warmer through fellowship.

We create opportunities for parents to actively participate in school activities. We also look for ways to utilize their skills and talents, such as organizing events, volunteering, or sharing their expertise with students.

We support by having a parents group, and allow for volunteer opportunities for the parents. We also provide a bible study group for moms and dads.

We encourage our parents to volunteer doing things such as read aloud, helping with art, programs, etc. It benefits by getting to know the families individually and fosters communication and comfortable family friendly environment.
