We have before and after care, emergency lunches if parents forget to pack or sign up for hot lunch. This helps with students getting their homework done and having an afternoon snack, as well as, providing a place for kids to go in the morning/night when Mom OR Dad has to work early or late.

We have a before and after school care program to assist parents who may need adjusted drop-off and pick-up hours. My school is also excellent about allowing teachers and staff to get to know each other well, which leads to less confusion and greater collaboration and respect. We also try to be understanding and gracious when parents are balancing multiple pick-ups in the afternoon and may be running late.

I make sure to keep my student’s parents aware of their child’s current grades and behavior. the parents love when I keep them informed about their child.

We communicate often with parents about the progress of their students. We ask parents to volunteer to come in and help with activities so that they can be involved in their child’s education. We teach with academic excellence and offer students a family oriented environment that parents are pleased to be a part of.
