I hope that I make my students feel valued by listening to them, keeping them accountable, telling them I love them and encouraging them that humans make mistakes, but that we must keep trying!

I help to make my students feel valued by letting them know each day that they matter and that I will always been a champion for them. I make sure that before they leave for the day that they know I am on their side and will help to build that relationship with God.

By letting students know that they were created with a divine purpose by God and are here to fulfill their calling.

I listen to them. I center their questions and engage them from a biblical perspective. I allow them to influence the decisions I make in how they are taught, within the confines of Scripture.

This is an area I need improvement in. However, I like to get to know my student and what they like and in that way I can feed into them in areas that are important to them.
