In what ways do you make your students feel valued?

Deleted User08/06/2021 at 12:49I am listening to these lectures and looking at these questions through the eyes of a kindergarten teacher – one of the ways that I show my littles that I care is getting down on their level, talking to them face to face, and listening and talking things out. They have such big feelings at this age, and a lot of time are struggling with how to express those feelings, so listening and showing them through my body language that I care is so important to me.

Deleted User07/29/2021 at 20:50I tell them that they are valued. I tel the students that I teach at a Christian school and I am there to help them with their journey. By taking an active interest in their lives and by showing them that they are important, they can see that I really do care about them. I am not just there to teach but to also listen and communicate with them.

Deleted User07/20/2021 at 17:41One way I let my students know they are valuable is by quoting God’s word and telling them what He says they are through Jesus Christ. Also by praising them when they have done a good job.
