Deleted User08/01/2024 at 00:57I work on making my students feel valued by celebrating victories, big and small. I make an effort to do fun activities for the end of each large chapter in math. We do special classroom greetings and work on being bucket fillers.

Deleted User07/27/2024 at 10:58Valuing my students is one of my biggest priorities in my job. I take time to listen to them, to care about what they care about (good or bad), to celebrate and mourn with them, and I try to be very intentional about never making their feelings seem silly or insignificant. I love being able to give them hugs, being able to laugh with them, and being able to keep up with their families and hobbies.
