I would say the biggest difference is between Nihilists and Monotheists. Monotheists, believe that there is one God that is over everything and that our purpose is to bring glory to him. Meanwhile, Nihilism believes that there is no God or purpose.

I think Monotheism and Nationalism answer “Who am I” most differently. Monotheism believes we were created by a single God by design. Naturalism believes there is no God and we evolved from the most simplistic form of matter, to a single cell, and eventually evolved into humans.

I think Monotheism and Nihilism would answer the question, “Who am I?” the most differently. Monotheism believes that human beings were created in the image of God and are in need of redemption. Monotheism believes that human beings have value and a purpose. Nihilism not only does not believe that human beings have value and purpose, but that any claim of the value and purpose of human beings should be distrusted and rejected.

Monotheists believe in a Creator God, involved with the universe in a personal way.
On the other side of the spectrum, Naturalists assume that only matter exists and there is no God as a first cause.
