Monotheism and Nihilism
As I understand it, nihilism is the absence of moral or ethical boundaries, which would be the opposite of monotheistic religions.

Monotheists believe we are created by God and he is involved with our life on earth and our eternal life while Naturalists believe we are created from random matter/cells.

I would say that monotheism and nihilism are the two most different worldviews when answering “who am I?” Monotheism involves humans being made in the image of God and that is a large portion of our identity. However, Nihilism rejects any applied identity and also believes that humans have no lasting identity at all.

Personally, it seems to me that the naturalist worldview is diametrically opposed to the Christian (monotheistic) worldview in that it removes a God to whom we will be held accountable and therefore there exists no sin from which one needs redemption.
